How Siliana's website and platform handle personal data — collected minimally, used honestly, never sold.
The website
This website stores no personal data. Forms open your own email client; nothing is submitted to our servers. We use no advertising trackers. A single preference (your theme choice) is stored in your browser and never transmitted.
The platform
Siliana processes conversation data on behalf of customer organizations, inside each organization's isolated tenant, to deliver the service — and for no other purpose. Customer organizations control their data and its retention. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use one customer's data to serve another.
Sub-processors
The platform is built on infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, telephony, speech, and AI model services) that process data solely to deliver the service under their respective agreements.
Your rights
For access, correction, or deletion requests concerning platform data, contact your organization (the data controller) or write to us and we will route the request correctly.
