Acceptable use policy
What Siliana AI employees may and may not be used for.
Permitted use
Legitimate business communication with your own customers and staff: answering questions, completing service tasks, and coordinating with consent.
Prohibited use
- Unsolicited bulk messaging or any contact without a lawful basis
- Impersonating humans deceptively — AI employees identify as AI when asked, always
- Harassment, fraud, discrimination, or unlawful content in any market
- Attempting to breach tenant isolation or probe other organizations' data
- Processing special-category data outside an agreed, lawful configuration
Enforcement
Violations may result in suspension. We would rather lose a customer than let the platform be misused — that is the same honesty contract, applied to us.
